The original Hayfield yarn company was purchased by Sirdar a while ago, but Sirdar continues to release yarns under this name. The Sirdar Hayfield Bonus Aran yarn has had three new shades added to it's range 995 Navy, 996 Violet and 997 Celtic Grey. These new shades are feature in a new book - Sirdar 366 Favourite Aran Knits 2, which includes 17 new designs.

The book also uses existing shades of Bonus Aran including the three shades recently introduced - 867 Lilac Tweed, 868 Island Tweed and 869 Granite Tweed as well as older shades such as 936 Light Natural and 962 Ivory Cream. Remember these are 400g balls with 840m per ball costing £6.99 each - great to knit with and machine washable.
